Where is Direct Fence located?
We are located at our State of the Art vinyl fence factory in Carlstadt New Jersey which is right down the road from Metlife Stadium.
What separates Direct Fence from competition online?
You will be buying a heavy duty vinyl fence direct from the extruder! Our vinyl fence is made from raw virgin vinyl fence resin at our factory; their is no middle man involved!

Do we use any recycled garbage in our vinyl fence?
No all of our vinyl fence is produced from 100% Virgin Vinyl which means their is no recycled garbage used in the extrusion product.
When you purchase a white solid privacy fence from us it will be white on the inside and white on the outside! Be careful of recycled materials as they will cause product issues down the line!
What makes your product different then the box stores?
The vinyl fence products are like night and day to what you would find in a traditional box store. No clips are used and all of our rails lock directly into the vinyl fence posts. Once installed this gives you the strength you need!
Do you need a wood post inside our vinyl fence posts?
All of our vinyl fence rails lock directly into the posts! Their is no 4" x 4" pressure treated wood post needed inside the vinyl fence post.
Do we offer a warranty on our vinyl fence?
Yes we do offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on our vinyl fence, vinyl fence posts and vinyl fence gates.
What does our vinyl fence warranty cover?
Your limited lifetime warranty will cover against the following:
- Fading which means your fence will never turn yellow!
- Cracking
- Warping
- Peeling
Will my fence turn yellow?
No the cap stock (outer layer) of our vinyl fence has a UV Shield over it which is similar to the chemicals used in sunscreen! The protects the product from ever changing colors. In fact our product was tested in the Northeast US which gets many different types of weather, Southeast with high heat and humidity and the Southwest with very high heat!
Do my posts need to be installed in concrete?
Yes please follow us installation instructions! We recommend 2 bags of concrete per hole! In the instance you can't dig into the surface we offer a vinyl fence post flange designed to bolt right onto any surface!

Do we install vinyl fence?
Yes we provided installation of vinyl fence all over New Jersey and select parts of PA, NY & CT. If you need vinyl fence installation pricing please contact us. You will save allot of money by purchasing materials and installation from Direct Fence!
We have aluminum fence & chain link fence on our project do you sell?
Yes Direct Fence has a state of the art Pool Code aluminum fence factory located in the same facility as our vinyl fence factory. If you need aluminum fence or chain link fence on the same project just let us know!
Are their pool code vinyl fence's?
Yes we offer several styles that pass pool fence codes. Several vinyl fence styles available for sale on our website pass pool codes.
ASTM Vinyl Fence Testing
Our vinyl fence meets the strict standards of the ASTM
ASTM F964-13 is considered the “end all, be all” testing specification for Vinyl fence. The purpose of this specification is to establish a recognized standard of quality for exterior Vinyl profiles for use in assembling agricultural, commercial, and residential fencing and railing. Vinyl fence manufactured by Direct Fence Distributors located in Carlstadt NJ passes the ASTM vinyl fence test.
Materials & Manufacturing Process
Direct Fence Distributors products are manufactured using Rigid Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) compounds for exterior-profile extrusions that meet the requirements of ASTM Specification D4216
Color/Consistency Testing – The PVC compound in extruded section shall maintain uniform color and be free of any visual surface or structural changes, such as peeling, chipping, cracking, flaking, or pitting after weathering at intervals of six months and one year for white and for six months, one year, and two years for all other colors in hot, dry climate such as Phoenix, AZ; a hot humid climate, such as Miami, FL; and a temperate northern climate, when tested in accordance with ASTM Performance Weathering Requirements.
Weathering Testing – The PVC compound shall have a minimum impact resistance of 0.6 in.-lb/ mil (2670 J/m) after weathering six months and one year in a hot, dry climate such as Phoenix, AZ; a hot, humid climate, such as Miami, FL; and a temperate northern climate, when tested in accordance with ASTM Performance Weathering Requirements. The PVC compound shall have successfully met the weathering requirements prescribed for six months at each climatic testing site prior to use in production of exterior-profile extrusions, when tested in accordance with ASTM Performance Weathering

Miami Dade County Approved Product
It is our belief that in order to protect fences, you must arm them with the most powerful defense mechanism available.
Select vinyl fence styles can sustain gusts up to 130 MPH for as long as 30-40 seconds. The Miami-Dade 75 MPH certification states that when properly installed, approved styles of vinyl fencing can withstand sustained 75 MPH winds.
